Topic:  Township of Fifield Ordinance #28

Township of Fifield Ordinance #28 is “an ordinance to regulate water traffic, boating and water sports upon the waters of Round Lake, Pike Lake and Turner Lake, Price County, Wisconsin and prescribing penalties for violation thereof.”
This ordinance has been in effect since August 3, 1988, and is set by the Township of Fifield.  Although the PLCLA has no control over revisions to this ordinance, we will be holding a listening session to understand the wishes of lake residents regarding this ordinance.
